Workshops & Concerts

Listen. Move. Breathe.

The White Light Festival invites you on a journey inward, beyond the surface, into the body, the field of breath, silence, and the light within yourself. The Festival offers a rich program of workshops, ceremonies, and concerts, with transformation, connection, and stillness at its core.

Whether you long for deep rest, energetic breakthroughs, inner work, or creative expression - there is space for everything that lives within you.

Lying Concert

Krystl

Concert, Wednesday, 19:00

During this sound journey you don’t need to do anything. You may simply let everything be as it is.

After an afternoon of active participation at the festival, you can now relax completely in the beautiful main hall.

Lying on a mat, under a warm blanket and with eyes closed, Krystl takes you on a journey where you can fully immerse yourself in magical sounds and vibrations.

These sounds bring your brainwaves from an active beta state into a more relaxed alpha or theta state, allowing you to experience deep relaxation.

Krystl uses a rich palette of instruments: Tibetan and crystal singing bowls, a gong, handpan, and her own beautiful voice will accompany you on this journey.

To let the vibrations enter even more deeply, some instruments will be played up close, while a musician moves gently through the space. This way, the sound is not only heard, but also truly felt.

The session begins with a meditation and some simple “vocal toning” exercises, inviting you to discover your own voice as a healing instrument.

No experience needed—this time you may simply receive.

Voice Liberation
Yeal Deckelbaum

Saturday, 14:30

Through your voice, guided by Yael and the collective energy of those around you, you journey into your soul — into your essence. This is not a concert, not a workshop — but an inner liberation.

With her powerful presence and deep voice, Yael invites you into a process of vocal release you can feel down to your cells. You follow the sounds, surrender to what arises, and descend layer by layer within yourself.

In the great hall, with many others, a field of sound emerges that opens, moves, and awakens something in you. Through the strength of the group and Yael’s guidance, the journey inward becomes natural and profound. No control needed — only surrender to voice, feeling, and presence.

Bring tissues — this session touches deeply.

Yael is a woman on a mission. She embodies both strength and vulnerability, as a musician, activist, and spaceholder. Now, at White Light, she brings her voice to awaken something within you. With you.

Breathwork

Kasper van der Meulen

Saturday, 11:00

Kasper van der Meulen uniquely bridges the worlds of science, breathwork, and music. A former biology teacher and founder of the largest breathwork academy in the Netherlands, he combines deep knowledge of the body with a clear and inspiring teaching style.

At the White Light Festival, Kasper offers a two-part session in the main hall. He begins with an engaging talk on the physiology of breathwork — what happens in the nervous system, brain, and body. Then he guides you into a profound breath journey, supported by his own carefully composed music.

Kasper’s style is described as powerful, safe, and surprisingly deep. His sessions work on multiple levels — physical, mental, and emotional — offering both insight and surrender. Many participants experience a sense of coming home to themselves, with more clarity, peace, and direction.

Alongside his workshop, Kasper brings graduates of his Breathwork Masterclass as co-creators, who will also guide sessions during the festival.

A unique opportunity to experience high-level breathwork.

All Night Gong
Gong Masters

Saturday, 22:00

Imagine a space where time fades, where sound cradles you, and your body surrenders to deep rest: that is the magic of the All Night Gong. During this unique experience, you are immersed all night long in the resonating vibrations of multiple gongs, played by experienced gong masters, each bringing their own style, rhythm, and energetic alignment.

Throughout the night, waves of sound arise — sometimes intense and activating, other times whisper-soft and calming — carrying you on an inner journey through layers of consciousness. The gong not only relaxes but also transforms: the nervous system finds rest, tensions dissolve, and the energetic system is gently balanced.

Participants lie in silence on mats or yoga mats, in a space where you can fully let go. There is nothing to “do” — only to be present and carried by the vibrations of the gongs. The experience ends at dawn, when the silence that follows may feel even more powerful than the sound itself.

A night that feels like a timeless ritual of healing, cleansing, and deep surrender.

Your Place in the System
Katelijne Vermeulen

Sunday, 11:00

Welcome to this workshop, where you will explore your place in the system. Systemic work invites you not only to look at the individual, but at the larger whole you are part of: a family, a team, an organization.

As a guide, professional, or participant, you move within that greater field, and today we will slow down together. We create space to listen to what plays beneath the surface – the patterns, entanglements, the repetitions that are often unconsciously present.

You are not here to provide answers, but to ask questions with an open mind, so that the system itself can breathe and move.

Nature Portal

Lieselot Kaur Khalsa

Friday, 14:30

Slow down and become still. Notice and take in the beauty around you. Forest bathing (Shinrin Yoku) is the mindful experience of nature with all your senses. We breathe, feel, listen. We let nature’s rhythm speak to us. It harmonizes, heals, and deepens our connection to ourselves.

We don’t just absorb the beauty of nature — we work with it. With what nature offers us, we intuitively create a nature portal: a temporary mandala of leaves, branches, stones, colors, and silence. A place to ground, to create intuitively, and to practice taking your place in a group. This is an exercise in connection, ritual, embodiment, and awareness.

Healing Inner Parts
Dirk Broenink

Saturday, 11:00

(Men only!)

This workshop begins with a soft yet powerful yoga set to arrive in the body. From there, we dive deeper into Internal Family Systems (IFS), also known as parts work.

IFS is a transformative method from trauma therapy and somatic work, teaching us to engage with our inner parts — the inner child, the inner critic, the protector, or patterns that once helped but now hinder us. These parts are often reflected in our relationships and surroundings, without us realizing they originate within ourselves.

This is a journey inward — of self-healing, consciousness development, and compassionate connection with what lives inside you. By seeing and acknowledging these parts, space opens for integration and real transformation.

Yoga Nidra XL
Lieselot Kaur Khalsa

(Exact date to be announced.)

In the third phase of the sleep cycle, you release tension and stress. By creating and extending this state, you enter a self-healing energy of rest that deeply impacts your system. With yoga nidra, we journey into the subconscious and plant the seeds of our dreams for the future.

Wrapped in sound and voice, we sink into the wisdom of intuition. Resting together, in acceptance of all our wisdom, life stories, successes, and failures, creates a field of higher and deeper knowing. The voices weave into a unique tapestry of sound. Welcome.

Mantra Dance
Siri Sadhana Kaur

Friday, 19:00

Mantra Dance is a fusion of three ancient practices: mantra, gong, and dance. It combines the power of sacred sound with the wisdom and fluidity of movement, creating a harmonious celebration of body, mind, and spirit.

Mantra Dance energizes the body, uplifts the spirit, enhances mindfulness, and creates deep connection with yourself and others. A divine symphony of movement and sound that nourishes the soul.

There are no right or wrong moves, no judgments or expectations. Just let go, surrender, and allow your body to become a vessel of divine energy flowing through you.

Nervous System in Balance: The Polyvagal Theory and the Vagus Nerve
Maria van Tilburg

Thursday, 19:00

Do you often feel like you’re constantly “switched on,” experiencing restlessness or a lack of safety even when there’s no clear reason? This likely relates to the functioning of your autonomic nervous system.

In this workshop, you’ll gain insight into the workings of your autonomic nervous system and the vagus nerve through the lens of the Polyvagal Theory. You’ll learn how to recognize the signals and how to regulate your nervous system. What role does the vagus nerve (the long “wandering” nerve) play in relaxation and recovery?

We’ll practice exercises to regulate the nervous system and activate the vagus nerve. You’ll leave the workshop feeling relaxed.

Heart of devotion: Gurbani Kirtan

Lauren — Akal Sanpreet

Thursday, 14:30

In this workshop, we explore the power of Bhakti — meditation through devotion instead of discipline. We do this by chanting mantras from the heart, in pure expression and connection.

Chanting mantras elevates the spirit and brings inner balance. The experience deepens when you understand their meaning (shabads) and reflect on their wisdom. Together, we discover how devotion and mantra meditation amplify each other.

The scriptures say: Kaliyug kirtan pridhana — in these times, kirtan is the key. By singing together and resonating with the flow of sound (Naad), we transform ourselves, our communities, and even the world.

Kirtan is not about perfect pitch, but authentic expression. It is the joy of singing from your deepest core, discovering your unique voice, and embracing yourself as you are.

Sing, learn, feel — let your spirit resonate!

Sacred feminine

Lauren — Akal Sanpreet

Saturday, 14:30

“You are the nucleus of this Universe. You are the source of beginning. You are the master of the space. You are the hub, you are the pivot, you are the force, you are the mother. If you walk tall, that’s all you have to do. Resurrect yourself, exalt yourself, excel.”

Women carry immense, ancient power within — a force long suppressed. Many of us have become estranged from our authentic feminine essence. We learned to view strength as something masculine, something to prove. But why should we not stand tall in our own feminine power?

In this workshop, we explore the two primal forces within us all: the masculine (Shiva) and the feminine (Shakti). Through movement, meditation, and awareness, we feel how these energies interact within body, mind, and heart. Both poles exist within us — and only when we embrace and integrate them can we flourish in our true feminine power.

The time is ripe for a new way of womanhood — rooted in inner calm, self-knowledge, trust, and the deep wisdom of the feminine. Come home to yourself, and activate, honor, and celebrate the creative force of your womanhood.

Writing Inward – Everything You Seek Is in Your Pen

Leonie (Joey) Brown

(Exact date to be announced.)

Flemish author Leonie (Joey) Brown guides you on a writing journey to your origin, your true self, your intuition, your inspiration, and your life purpose.

This workshop is based on her book Writing to Consciousness – Discover Your True Story and is for anyone longing for depth and connection. Whether you’ve just begun writing or have years of practice — you are welcome.

In this session, you’ll discover through writing who you truly are. Why are you here? Which voice within you longs to be heard?

Leonie shares her dot-line writing method, a simple, gentle way to free your writing — not from the head, but from the body, from feeling. You start with a dot on the page. Then you move. Without goal, without pressure. From there, something emerges. You connect with your inner world, your energy, what is alive within.

“Place a dot on your page. Connect with the empty space within you. Feel the emptiness. Ask yourself: what is possible here?”

Writing meditation often leads to surprising experiences and synchronicities.

Writing to Consciousness is not about doing it “right.” It is a discovery journey, an invitation to listen — to what wants to be heard, to your story, to your wisdom, to what has long been waiting to come alive.

You’ll leave with clarity, peace, inspiration — and a practical tool you can always return to.

The Power of Ki
Wouter den Dulk

Saturday, 11:00

In this workshop we strengthen the power of Ki – the life energy that flows through each of us. With musical guidance, we begin gently, focusing on breathing and physical presence. From there, we build it up:

movements become more intense, your body more awake. At the end of the physical part, we open the energetic channel to richly feel the Ki flowing between your hands, like a tangible electromagnetic field – perhaps stronger than you’ve ever experienced.

You will learn how to consciously awaken this energy with Kundalini Yoga. Not only for physical healing, but also to restore your mental balance. There is time for theory, for questions, and especially for experience. Your body, your breath, and your attention are the keys. The Ki does the rest.

Huh? What do you mean? Am I eating the right food?

That’s right! What is good food for one person can throw another completely out of balance. In this workshop you’ll discover why everyone has unique nutritional needs. Your ideal nutrition depends on who you are and on the season: in winter you eat differently than in summer, and your digestion works differently too.

During this festival you’ll be served Ayurvedic meals. If all goes well, you’ll notice how delicious they are and how food can nourish you instead of just filling you.

How to Become a Sat Nam Rasayan Healer

Erik van den Dungen

(Exact date to be announced.)

Sat Nam Rasayan (SNR) is an ancient yogic healing tradition from India and Tibet. In this special meditative practice, you learn to dissolve tensions, blockages, and resistance – in yourself, in others, and even in situations – by expanding your awareness and entering a deep state of silence and neutrality.

In this workshop, you’ll be introduced in a practical and playful way to the training of a Sat Nam Rasayan healer. We’ll guide you through meditations, let you practice entering Sunya (the space of inner silence), and let you experience what it’s like to heal and be healed.

To keep this experience safe and accessible, we won’t practice on people or each other, but on an object. Even then, you can feel how powerful your perception and intention are, and how you can work with subtle energy.

Do you want to know how to open your perception and develop your healing power? Curious what the SNR training looks like and what it can bring you? Or just intrigued by this unique form of yogic healing?

You’re warmly welcome to join and ask all your questions – about Sat Nam Rasayan and about the training.

We, Dhyan Singh (coordinator SNR Netherlands) and Tejpal Singh (finance SNR Netherlands), are both experienced (certified) SNR healers. We guide this workshop from our own years of practice and experience, but we are not certified teachers. We gladly share what we ourselves have learned and experienced on this path. We want to welcome you into the world of SNR.

Let yourself be touched by the silence and discover what SNR can mean for you.

Soul Constellations with the Gene Keys

Eliza Koeijvoets

Saturday, 14:30

In this workshop, you’ll experience the anchor points of the Gene Keys: Life’s Work, Evolution, Radiance, and Purpose. We’ll explore how the movement from shadow to gift becomes tangible in your body and energy field. You don’t need to know your personal profile – you choose intuitively where your attention, desire, or resistance lies.

Using systemic soul constellations, intuitive music, and field resonance, I invite you to listen to what within you longs to move. We work with floor anchors, representatives, body language, and silence. Everyone experiences this in their own way: as a participant in the constellation, as a representative, or as a witness on the side. What shows up is never wrong – it reveals exactly what your system is ready to face or transform.

The music supports and deepens the process. It helps you drop into your essence, beyond thinking and explaining. Space opens for movement, stillness, insight, and surrender. You don’t need to force anything – your body knows what it wants to show.

This workshop is not about analysis or mental interpretation, but about feeling, experiencing, and re-membering: what wants to move through your body and energy today?

Womb Healing BreathCircle

Viviane De Laurenzio

Thursday, 19:00

A ceremony of healing, breath, and remembering. A sacred women’s circle.

A space of softness, breath, and ancient wisdom. In this ceremony we return to the place where everything begins: the womb. Not only as a physical place, but as an energetic center of our femininity, creativity, power, and inner light.

Together we journey inward, guided by breath, ritual, and gentle touch, to listen to what our womb has to tell us. To heal what is stuck and to remember again who we are: powerful, creative women.

This ceremony is inspired by the Rite of the Womb — an ancient women’s wisdom from the Amazon that invites us to free the womb from fear and pain and to empower her as a source of life and creation.

This circle is for women only. A safe space where you can fully be yourself. Welcome to the circle.

From Critical to Self-Love

Jo Nieuwenhuizen

(Exact date to be announced.)

Women’s workshop. You know so much. You’ve done so much. And yet… that nagging voice in your head is still there. “Am I good enough?” Despite all your personal development, you keep bumping into the same deep patterns. Fear of failure, perfectionism, a strong sense of responsibility, the constant “musts,” and that inner critic keep you small, drain your energy, create stress, and disconnect you from who you truly are.

As equal as we are to men, our brain, hormonal cycles, and emotional responses function just a little differently.

That knowledge is often missing from personal development programs, and spreading it to as many women as possible is a big part of my mission.

As a licensed Creatrix® Transformologist®, working with a method specially designed for the female brain, I’ve been helping pleasers and self-aware women for over 7 years to level up. I guide them in permanently resetting limiting beliefs, fears, and the stories that, often unconsciously, they attach to their emotions.

So that they deeply feel and believe: I am worthy.

When your feminine power, heart, and intuition are aligned again, as nature intended, space opens to trust, to feel, and to live from your loving heart. You no longer need to survive, please, or struggle, but may live in connection with who you truly are.

In this Missfeelgood workshop, you’ll discover how you’re still unconsciously sabotaging yourself, why that inner voice is so persistent, and above all: how you can break through it.

With a deep visualization and a creative exercise using metaphors, you’ll map out one major block, and together we’ll reset it. You’ll transform your belief in five steps into a new, loving self-image that helps you treat yourself with gentleness, pride, and love from then on.

Nature gives you the answers you seek as a mirror to yourself. You’ll go into nature with guidance from Joep van Leeuwen, nature coach. By slowing down and becoming still, nature helps you see, hear, and feel the answer to your question.

The season – winter – will also be central. What dream, what desire lives in you? What wants to sprout in the spring after this winter? And what does it need for that?

You return with valuable insights you can move forward with.

And many others…

Feeling a little overwhelmed by all the workshops?
We can completely understand. There are many, and each one is valuable in its own way. Luckily, there are different ways to make a choice that suits you:

  • Let it go entirely and see where your intuition guides you at the festival.

  • Make a plan on paper: first write down for yourself what you need, without yet looking at the workshops. What is your intention? Do you have goals or themes that need attention? Then scroll through the program again and also look at the small diagrams—they give you an impression of the nature and intensity of each workshop.

  • Ask our Light Team: during the festival you’ll see people wearing a white scarf. They are there especially to support or advise you in making choices.
